EMERGENCY LOANS-REVOLVING LOAN FUND

Greene County Industrial Development Authority’s concentration is on creation, attraction and retention of businesses in Greene County.  GCIDA offers financial assistance through our Revolving Loan Fund.  
The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) was established to provide seed money to promote job development and business growth/expansion within Greene County and to assist small businesses with creating and retaining jobs.  

Loans available through the RLF:
Real Estate – up to $50,000 for up to 10 years
Machinery/Equipment – up to $50,000 for up to 7 years
Working Capital – up to $25,000 for up to 3 years

The Emergency Loan Program was established to assist new businesses and first time loan recipients.  Qualifying businesses can get assistance with working capital, utilities, rent/lease and vendor invoices for up to $50,000 wiht a rate starting 1% interest for a period of up to 15 years.  Also available is refinancing and loan consolidation for up to $50,000 at 2% interest for 15 years.
